Нужно было быстро заселиться и эта квартира подошла идеально. Чисто, кровать удобная. Полностью соответствует цене.

Disadvantages:

Очень хорошая слышимость для соседей. Даже от обычной громкости телевизора, пришли соседи. Ну я ушел с ноутбуком на кухню, но кому-то может быть неудобно
