Advantages:

Жили втроем - разместились комфортно. Не повезло с погодой- было очень жарко, окна квартиры выходят на одну сторону, хотелось бы вентилятор или кондиционер. В остальном все прекрасно.

Приветливая и вежливая домохозяйка. Оперативный ответ по объявлению . Чистая, уютная квартира. Всё что нужно для жилья есть ( техника, посуда). Парковка у дома есть. Цена соответствует квартире.
